Responsibilities include to lead, manage, direct and monitor overall daily program operations of the club with primary concern for program and service delivery/outcomes. Will be responsible for recruiting and retaining staff as well as training, development and maintaining targeted membership and attendance while utilizing volunteers as necessary. Manage financial resources and budget. They will oversee activities and programs for the club members and community’s youth which are consistent with the organization’s youth development mission and goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization where knowledge, experience and competency in the key roles of club program services, community relations and collaborative partnerships, and administrative skills were acquired. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate staff are required along with strong oral, written and presentation communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Club staff, volunteers, and community groups.
