Resource Development Director

Full Time Position available:  Resource Development Director

Responsibilities:   Develop and implement a stewardship plan to keep past and current donors engaged in the work of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sioux Empire; Develop and execute annual giving campaign; Write reports for foundations and other entities; Prepare reports and summaries of development activities for the board of directors and CEO; Coordinate and manage special events; Write Grant Proposals

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum 4 year degree
  • Minimum 3 years experience in public relations, marketing or fundraising
  • Organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
  • Experience using etapestry is preferred
  • Ability to write well; speak well in front of small groups and one-on-one
  • Personal, positive personality and excellent inter-personal skills
