He has done such a nice job keeping the kids active and involved. Some of the games and activities he has them doing when I pick up my daughter are amazing~! He is creative and FUN for the kids. I don’t take the time near often enough to recognize great people that influence our kids’ lives, but Mr. Craig definitely deserves my highest regard and I am so relieved and happy to have him back at Journey this year~! In the past my 2 boys have dreaded going there for the summer, but this year they have been excited to go on a daily basis. Robert and Derek are definitely assets to your organization so please hold on to them. Jane has also been GREAT to work with and the boys miss her since she was moved to a different site. We are greeted when we arrive and when we leave, there is a schedule on the board each day and it seems like the staff are actually interacting with the kids and are happy to be there. I am SO pleased to see this change and would like to thank all that had a part of it. Thanks again for caring about our kids and the impact those people have on them. Thanks again! We are absolutely blown away with the things our child has been learning. This morning at breakfast he tells me the vowels! He brings home so many things I had no idea a 5 year old would retain for ex: Which planet has a ring around it, what is grass and water when looking down at earth, Neil Armstrong went to space, adding, and the list goes on and on. He adores Erica and really respects her and I think that helps him listen and retain what she is saying. I love how thorough she is with us! Any concerns she has she always lets us know, we never guess. Her daily sheets are always very accurate and have been very useful for us. I think our daughter really enjoys her class. Her speech and use of sentences has increased dramatically over the last month or two. Amber does a great job with her. I went to so many daycares and they weren't clean, they didn't pay very close attention to the children, and most of all you didn't see joy, kindness, and heart in their employees!!! They just didn't feel right!! But when i walked into River crossing I knew this was the place for my child and I would feel comfortable leaving my child in their care!! You can tell the employees love their jobs, its just not a paycheck. They smile with the kids!! They came up to me and wanted to know all about my child!!! They were sweet and kind and you know they would go out of their way to make your child feel comfortable!!! Most of all everything seemed to be under control, the kids and facility were clean, and most of all the kids at river crossing had smiles on their faces!!! If your still not sure just stand out in the parking lot and ask the parents of the children that attend river crossing and they will all agree river crossing gives their child quality care!!!!! as a new mother i was sooo worried about taking my first child to daycare!!!
